Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our projects, leveraging their expertise in project management methodologies and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system implementations, vendor transitions, compliance upgrades, and process automation. Main Responsibilities: - Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. - Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and People Solutions Experience to align payroll operations with organizational goals. Key Requirements: - At least 2-3 years in a project management role is essential with a solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid). - Knowledge of Global payroll processes and connection points to HR systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, Horizon) and familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations related to payroll is highly desirable.
