Our expertise lies in sourcing and producing high-quality sheep milk and goat milk formulations. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Plant Operator. The Role: This position involves dry blending powders and nutrients into infant formula and packaging it in cans. The process requires attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication. 1. Collaboration with diverse team members is essential. You should be able to adapt to our dynamic work environment and build strong relationships with colleagues. 2. Excellent communication skills are necessary for expressing yourself clearly and actively listening to instructions and feedback. 3. You will be responsible for following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and maintain high standards. 4. Maintaining personal hygiene and adhering to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines is crucial for a safe working environment. 5. You should take pride in regularly sanitizing the plant to protect the quality of our infant formula. In addition to the specific responsibilities mentioned above, we expect all employees to demonstrate reliability, hard work, and a commitment to excellence in everything they do. We operate Monday through Friday, with shifts ranging from 9 hours and 15 minutes. Full-time operators typically work morning shifts starting between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM or afternoon shifts starting between 12:45 PM and 1:45 PM, depending on the rostered week.
