Job Description You will work with the business to understand and gather requirements. Apply the use of technology, such as Power BI, Data Science, and modelling tools to build prototypes that confirm user expectations. Direct DA&I; engineers on implementation tasks. Strive to improve the stability and quality of solutions, increase customer adoption and loyalty, and reduce support. You will also be an important change management driver for the successful adoption of Customer Literacy, Data & Analytics Governance practices within your assigned domain. Reporting to IT Enterprise Digital Transformation Director Your Responsibilities - Partner with DA&I; Technical Lead to lead Program Increment sessions with partners to identify 3-6 month priorities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Define business cases to help prioritize and increase execution based on team capacity. - Coordinate project resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. - Map out team dependencies and collaborate with capability teams. - Improve processes by studying current practices and designing modifications in partnership with stakeholders. - Update metadata and data literacy content with the Data Governance team. - Work with DA&I; Engineers to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the Capability team. The Essentials - You Will Have - Bachelor's Degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field. - Proficiency in Power BI. - Experience with Databricks. The Preferred - You Might Also Have - Experience with multi-dimensional design, star schemas, facts, and dimensions. - Knowledge of system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards. - Understanding of software design, documentation, development processes, and requirements. - Ability to translate business functionality into application requirements. - Knowledge of software development lifecycles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
