Description: We are looking for a talented professional to join our Sales team at Marsh. This position will be based in Barranquilla. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least two days a week in the office. The Sales Growth Specialist position involves seeking new clients, analyzing databases for potential prospects, making cold calls to connect with clients, and presenting offers to close deals. We will count on you to: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Analyze databases to determine potential prospects that align with the company's interests. Make cold calls to establish connections with potential clients. Prepare and present offers to clients, effectively closing deals. What you need to have: At least 2 years of experience in the insurance sector. A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
