About the Role The Bartender ensures that every drink is served with excellence, always seeking to surpass guest expectations and create epic moments. Responsibilities 1. Prepare cocktail recipes according to the establishment’s concept and current trends, following FS standards. 2. Provide food and beverage service to guests and clients. 3. Guide guests through the establishment’s concept and products, aiming for complete satisfaction and epic experiences. 4. Follow safety and hygiene guidelines during service and work shifts, motivating others to do the same. 5. Know and apply regulations regarding alcoholic beverages, respecting rules for minors, intoxicated persons, and driving under the influence. 6. Have full knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and preparation times, according to the establishment’s concept. Requirements 1. Intermediate English proficiency. 2. At least 2 years of experience as a bartender in high-quality hotels, restaurants, or bars. 3. Advanced knowledge in cocktail preparation, especially during peak demand. 4. Skills in garnishing and preparing cocktail ingredients. 5. Experience in cleaning and maintaining bar equipment. 6. Proficiency in serving beverages, wines, cocktails, coffee, and tea. 7. Ability to create unique and personalized cocktails, with inventory management skills. 8. Advanced knowledge of premium spirits and craft liqueurs. 9. Expertise in decanting and serving wines.
