Revenue Management Analyst_ - _ Location: Bogotá, Colombia_ - _ Job type: Permanent, Full time_ About the job Our Team: - The main objective of the revenue area is to ensure that the sales made fulfill the company's ambition by optimizing the level of discounts granted to our customers. To achieve this goal, we work together with the areas to define prices that are competitive in the market, complying with profitability criteria and generating analyses that allow us to anticipate risks and/or opportunities that may impact the business._ Main responsibilities: - Establish and lead the process of creating a Commercial Policy, as well as the continuous monitoring of compliance with the agreed objectives - Business partner with sales and finance regarding GTN performance analysis, reporting and optimization. Identify and make recommendations to improve and maximize the effectiveness of business investments in conjunction with business units and functions - Monthly performance monitoring and variance analysis vs. last cycle, last year and budget to identify areas of opportunity and efficiencies. - Effective association in all functions (Finance, Sales, Marketing) to generate information on prices and promotions for the business. Work transversally to promote the execution of pricing and promotion strategies. - Responsible for compliance regarding internal control, reviews with PWC. - Drive efficiency and continuous improvement of pricing systems and processes - Monthly meetings with the commercial team for feedback - Contribute to the Commercial Strategy in terms of Channel and portfolio mix - Conducting robust analytics that provide greater visibility into the economics of the value chain (prices, business conditions, trade margins) and provide insight into actionable business strategies that deliver absolute gross margin growth - Maintain a solid understanding of changing market dynamics, regulations and policies About you - Experience: First hands on experience in a corporate environment - Soft skills: Communication, organization, achievement orientation - Technical skills: MS Office, Excel (essential) - Education: Bachelor’s degree - Languages: Advanced English (desirable) Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
