Key responsibilities include: - Promoting strategies to improve partner operations and management for greater growth. - Conducting periodic 360° brand analyses to provide recommendations for growth and process optimization (metrics analysis, commercial proposals, campaigns, ads, etc.). - Encouraging account self-management through training on tools designed for partners, addressing operational needs, performance analysis, and creating commercial campaigns. - Actively participating in training to master different company processes and products. - Implementing the company's CRM for commercial management, keeping client, process, negotiation, and activity information updated. - Reaching out efficiently to various databases to meet OKRs and department activities. - Timely responding to partner requests. Requirements include: - Professional degree in administrative, marketing, or related fields. - At least 1 year of solid commercial experience in account management, customer service, sales, or similar roles. - High negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and influence, capable of handling difficult conversations to achieve the best results for our partners, users, and Rappi. - Proactive, resourceful, creative, quick to execute, and willing to ask for help when needed.
