As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of partner brands in the Restaurant vertical, ensuring their operations run smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales and technology, with a keen eye for opportunity and a talent for building strong relationships. Key responsibilities include: - Promoting strategies to improve partner operations and management for greater growth. - Conducting periodic 360° brand analyses to provide recommendations for growth and process optimization (metrics analysis, commercial proposals, campaigns, ads, etc.). - Encouraging account self-management through training on tools designed for partners, addressing operational needs, performance analysis, and creating commercial campaigns. - Actively participating in training to master different company processes and products. - Implementing the company's CRM for commercial management, keeping client, process, negotiation, and activity information updated. - Reaching out efficiently to various databases to meet OKRs and department activities. - Timely responding to partner requests. Requirements include: - Professional degree in administrative, marketing, or related fields. - At least 1 year of solid commercial experience in account management, customer service, sales, or similar roles. - High negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and influence, capable of handling difficult conversations to achieve the best results for our partners, users, and Rappi. - Proactive, resourceful, creative, quick to execute, and willing to ask for help when needed.
