About the Role We’re seeking a Product Lead with expertise in reconciliation processes to lead the development of one of our critical products. This role requires strategic vision, analytical skills, and technical understanding to ensure scalable, efficient reconciliation solutions. You will own the product roadmap, define strategy, and collaborate with technology, sales, and leadership teams to design solutions that impact our clients and business results. Key Responsibilities Define and lead reconciliation product strategy, including pricing, positioning, and competitive evolution. Build relationships with clients, identify needs, propose solutions, and negotiate terms. Align internal teams on product vision, priorities, and roadmap. Participate in commercial discussions, understand client pain points, and translate them into product value. Manage the product backlog: create PRDs, lead meetings, plan sprints, and provide status updates. Collaborate with tech teams to ensure quality, effort estimation, prioritization, and focus on business value. Oversee technical execution of reconciliation pipelines: data flows, monitoring, and reporting. Ensure usability and design consistency by working with design teams. Use analytics tools (SQL, Snowflake, Metabase) to identify improvements and validate hypotheses. Implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals to maximize ROI. Requirements & Skills 5+ years in product roles, preferably in reconciliation, payments, finance, or data-heavy tech products. Strong SQL skills and experience with data tools like Snowflake and Metabase. Familiarity with design workflows, wireframes, Figma, and UX/UI principles. Excellent negotiation and communication skills with technical and commercial teams. Experience managing product development tools like Jira, leading sprints and demos. Autonomous, strategic, and business-oriented mindset. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Bonus Points Knowledge of financial reconciliation systems, payment processors, and settlement processes. Experience with dynamic or segmented pricing models. Background in fast-paced startups or high-growth environments. Proven leadership in B2B products with significant commercial impact.
