Job Description The Receptionist will be responsible for : - Providing support to all internal and external visitors - Maintaining the reception area in order - Coordinating calendars and schedule meetings - Organizing visits / meetings for the leadership - Arranging short and long distance travel and transfer - Managing incoming & outgoing correspondence - Cooperating with Security Team and implementing security regulations - Controlling office supplies stock - Controlling, granting and revoking access to the office space - Participating in office management related project Qualifications - At least 1 year of professional experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality - Fluency in English (verbal and written) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment - High sense of responsibility, punctuality, accuracy, and attention to details - Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information Additional Information We offer : - Possibility to learn the job and grow professionally in the fast developing and successful global company. - Professional, friendly, and fun team of self-driven individuals.
