Job Description: About the Position The successful candidate will lead the strategic development of the Vaccines Portfolio, creating a roadmap with brands in the market and managing the life cycle. This role reports to the Head of Vaccines Business Unit and is based in Colombia. Main Responsibilities: 1. Lead the life cycle of vaccine portfolio brands from pre-launch to consolidation in public and private markets. 2. Ensure profitability and sustainability of the assigned portfolio through successful implementation of the vaccines pipeline. 3. Develop consumer strategies that include impact through traditional media and social media. 4. Deliver sales forecasts and strategies for the vaccines portfolio. 5. Design and implement marketing campaigns for the vaccines portfolio. 6. Support the field team in implementing the vaccine brand strategy. 7. Perform market situation analysis and execute pricing strategies for new brands introduction versus competitors and changes in the healthcare system. 8. Built cooperative and alliance relationships with HCPs, scientific societies, clients, and other key stakeholders for vaccine business development. 9. Manage promotional budget and execution. 10. Communicate with the global and regional teams to align recommendations with the local market. 11. Participate actively in all activities defined according to the position and role within the framework of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
