Chief Finance OfficerMiista, based in the La Coruña area of Spain, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer with strong international accounting and reporting knowledge, as well as demonstrated experience in relevant fashion businesses, to elevate Miista's financial operations.The Miista Group is a privately owned entity with a holding company and five international subsidiaries (Portugal, France, Spain, UK, and the US). It has been trading for over 14 years in the premium and high-end women's wear segment. The brand is distributed across major international fashion markets—North America, Asia, and Europe—and has customers in more than 30 countries.Having successfully expanded during the COVID-19 pandemic, the business aims to triple its turnover in the next five years while preparing for a fully consolidated global presence.Role requirements include:Global Group Finance Direction, including all subsidiaries' contributionsDetailed cost center review, strategic margins analysis, and KPI managementEnsuring strong financial ratios and key metrics, including auditing and governanceFinance, budgeting, and accounts consolidation methodologySupporting strategic analysis and viability of business development ideas for maximum ROI at lower costsUnderstanding of global exports and trading tax compliance related to logistics cost savingsContributing to international headhunting strategiesCash flow management and exploring financing/funding opportunitiesOverall group reporting and finance direction, including sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chainThe ideal candidate will oversee financial strategy, planning, analysis, reporting, audits, compliance, and group auditing.
