FUNCTIONS Communicate with patients to secure the sale and schedule the diagnostic medical procedure. Address concerns and provide information to patients about Sleep Apnea. Review with the patient the type of coverage that their insurance provides to enhance their home sleep test. Documentation of the information provided by the patient about symptoms related to Sleep Apnea. REQUIREMENTS We are looking for empathetic, multifaceted, passionate, autonomous people with a good conversational command of the English language (C1 and Native English), who can express their ideas clearly and assertively, as well as a high sense of integrity in their personal values. Time availability to work in person in the metropolitan area of Medellín (Sabaneta, Antioquia). 1 year of experience. It is important for us to have people with sufficient Emotional Intelligence and other soft skills, who are passionate about their personal goals and achievement oriented.
