Job purpose: We are looking for an experienced sales executive responsible for developing and managing a customer portfolio, according to the Agency sales plan and strategy. The successful candidate will also promote non-maritime services: intermodal, logistics solutions and CMA CGM’s value added products. Main Responsibilities: To identify market opportunities and prospects and follow up. To develop and monitor the portfolio growth. To actively promote and secure sales of Group products and services and non-maritime products (ecommerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA, etc) in compliance with current pricing policy. To prioritize and process customer requests. To plan and conduct commercial visits according to the commercial action plan and create visit reports. To follow up on her/his customers portfolio payment and contribute to recover unpaid debt. To attend industry events and develop a professional network within her/his commercial area. To develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and updates on product developments and market trends. Actively collaborate with the Commercial department action plan and ensure the right customer's segmentation is selected in her/his area. To comply with CRM timely updates according to established KPIs. Key Competences: Drive for Results Good communication skills with internal staff and customers. Requirements for Applying: Bachelor´s degree in Business, International Trade or related fields. Demonstrated sales experience in shipping or logistics minimum 7 years. Advanced English level (C1- CEFR) Advanced user in Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint. Experience in Sales in Shipping Lines or Freight Forwarders is a must.
