As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a vital role in our recruitment process by identifying and engaging with potential candidates. You will work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to build candidate pipelines, maintain our job postings, and conduct preliminary screening calls. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and criteria for open positions. Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Craft compelling job postings to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Maintain and update job listings on our company external job boards. Review and screen resumes to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, expectations, and cultural fit. Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication. Assist with other HR and recruitment-related tasks as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or a similar role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal and networking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. A passion for talent acquisition and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
