With timeless style and legendary service, Four Seasons is shaping Cartagena’s new cultural focal point. About the role: Supervises the staff throughout the hotel during the night shift. Works closely with staff from all departments to ensure standards are met. Is the direct supervisor at the reception during the night shift. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the needs and requests of guests and then adding recommendations and personal touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons policies. What you will do: Manage activities at the reception during the night shift. Ensure communication and follow-up with the day shift on any issues, guest requests, or special requirements. Frequent hotel rounds to supervise activities in all other departments. Oversee activities to ensure standards are met, staff is supported, and guest needs are satisfied. Personally handle all guest relocations according to established guidelines. Resolve guest complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Review late arrivals, early arrivals for the next day, and departures to plan activities for the following day. Coordinate arrivals, departures, and billing requirements. Ensure all financial and credit procedures are followed. Take action on all matters related to the safety, satisfaction, and well-being of guests and hotel employees without requiring special direction. Respond quickly and effectively to any hotel emergency or security situation. Requirements: Degree in hospitality, administrative careers, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years experience in similar positions. Advanced level of English. Availability to work the night shift. What we offer: Competitive salary.
