We are hiring the best talent for a Sales & Marketing Sr Manager to be located in Bogota, Colombia (Relocation Not Applicable). This position will be responsible for CSS (Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions) in the Norther Cluster. This role is a critical leadership position, responsible for leading CSS strategy in the region. This person will be part of the CLT (Cluster Leadership Team) reporting directly to the Cluster VP. The main responsibility is being fully in change of the PnL, achieving business commitments in Biosense Webster, Mentor and Cerenovus; exceeding customer expectations; and managing the talent, marketing and commercial strategy in the cluster, driving growth and influencing the direction of the business. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the strategic development, alignment, and execution of marketing strategies to achieve franchise goals in the cluster. Responsible for design and execution of Marketing Activation in the cluster - Identifying new opportunities, develop business cases and engaging the whole organization to pursue the BU growth. - Responsible for the Franchise go to market model in Colombia, channel strategy, organization model design and talent development. Provide support in CSS GTM strategy in Emerging Markets within Northern Cluster. - Direct responsibility for developing, executing, and tracking strategies to deliver on the franchise full P&L; (all lines from P&L; => align with Direct Contribution) in the cluster. - Builds strong, influential relationships with key external stakeholders in the cluster, including key opinion leaders, health-care executives, and potentially key local government officials - Responsible for strong sales processes and implements SFE initiatives such as CRM following proper targeting and segmentation. - Builds strong partnerships and collaborates with critical internal and external stakeholders, including COE’s, functions, local organization, regional organization, etc. - Develops deep customer and competitor insights and applies these insights to shape highly effective commercial models and to influence cluster, regional and global BU strategies. Leverages environmental trends and opportunities to drive cost‐effective, profitable growth. - Ensures Health Care Compliance and integrity principles are championed and actively practiced at every level of the organization. - Champion’s initiatives to ensure an inclusive workplace environment and a highly engaged and innovative culture. - Provides input to the Regional Franchise Leadership team on the cluster market and customer needs and works in collaboration with peers from other clusters to develop and deliver overall Latin America business strategies. - Provides input to the Cluster Leadership Team on the Franchise and customer needs and works in collaboration with peers from the cluster to develop, execute and deliver on the cluster business strategies for Medical Devices. **Qualifications** Qualifications** - 10 or more years of leadership experience in a combination of Sales and Marketing Management. - Skilled P&L; management with strong financial and business acumen. - Exceptional customer focus and relationship building skills; experienced in developing effective relationships across a diverse group of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders at the highest levels, in both public and private domains. - Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
