Finance Process Excellence and Training Manager As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in optimizing financial processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics services. With your expertise in process improvement, project management, training, and development, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, lead process excellence and training programs, and establish harmonized standard processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, is highly desirable. - Drive Continuous Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, applying continuous improvement methodology. - Lead Process Excellence and Training: Work closely with various stakeholders to enhance employee experience, develop and implement standard processes, and manage training programs. - Establish Harmonized Standard Processes: Develop and regularly review standard working instructions and process flows, ensuring global HR standards are met. - Finance Training Content: Ensure global HR standards and tools are used for finance training programs, collaborating with GPO and global Finance People departments. - Rollout and Train Processes: Implement and train staff on new or changed finance processes. - Site-Specific Finance Training Programs: Create site-specific finance training programs and high-quality training materials tailored to meet unique team needs. - Monitor and Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Continuously assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs in collaboration with HR. What We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in process improvement, project management, training, and development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
