About the Role This role requires a strong and professional experience working in languages and frameworks such as Ruby on Rails and Golang. You will be responsible for designing, implementing features in Rails applications, turning complex business requirements into elegant and maintainable code, creating stable and reliable integrations between separate business systems, and making a measurable impact on the business and consistently seeking to drive business value through technological solutions. Responsibilities - Collaborate on and inform cross-functional teams of new feature technical design, technical requirements, limitations, and implementation. - Utilize your expertise in Ruby on Rails, Go-Lang, and Node.JS to contribute to the development of various components of our software applications. - Conduct regular code reviews, identify potential issues, and ensure that the team delivers high-quality code that is secure, maintainable, and efficient. - Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance the overall system performance and response times. - Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide technical insights, recommend best-practice and/or alternate approaches, and contribute to product planning and roadmaps. - Follow an iterative software development methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
