As a Unix/Linux Systems Engineer at Keyrus, you will work with a team of professionals with high technical skills and excellent human qualities. You will participate in projects for clients across various industries, utilizing the latest technologies to deliver innovative solutions. What will your day-to-day be like? Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring operational continuity for our customers’ Unix/Linux environments (Red Hat, SUSE, AIX) Maintaining operational continuity for client Unix/Linux cloud and on-prem environments (RHEL, SUSE, AWS, AIX, Oracle Linux) Handling Level 2 & 3 incidents, changes, and problems in collaboration with support teams Managing incidents, changes, and problems as part of a global team, acting as an escalation point for Level 1 tickets Performing root cause analysis and leading preventive actions Executing infrastructure evolution or upgrade projects Maintaining clear and up-to-date technical documentation Participating in on-call rotations (weekends or nights occasionally) Following ITIL processes and using tools such as Centreon, iTop, and ServiceNow Do you have what we are looking for? We are excited to meet you if: You have 5+ years of experience in infrastructure/system administration (Linux/UNIX) You possess strong hands-on expertise with Red Hat and SUSE Linux You have supported enterprise environments in Level 3 capacity You have a solid understanding of storage and backup technologies (e.g., SAN, Commvault, Spectrum Protect, TSM) You are comfortable working with monitoring and alerting tools (Centreon, Datadog, etc.) You have experience with databases (OracleDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL) You are proficient with IaC tools and workflows (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) You can produce clear, concise technical documentation and reports You have a strong teamwork and remote collaboration mindset You have professional working proficiency in English Essential Qualifications Knowledge of IBM technologies (Power Systems, FlashSystems, Storwize) Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Alicloud) We want you to feel part of Keyrus from the very beginning!
