Job Function: People & Culture The role: We are pleased to announce an opportunity to join our team as: IT Apprentice – Support & Managed Services SoftwareOne Academy Scope: Apprenticeship Contract | Office: Medellín/Bogotá | On-site Objective Train as a professional by supporting high-quality services that provide users with timely and effective solutions to their requests. This includes managing and resolving incidents and requests from various operational areas, and escalating situations promptly through the established channels. What will your day-to-day look like? - Register and track requests and incidents in ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.). - Provide first-level technical support (account unlocks, password resets, basic configuration of devices and applications). - Monitor systems and platforms to detect alerts. - Escalate incidents to higher levels following established procedures. - Assist in creating and updating manuals, guidelines, and knowledge base articles. - Install and configure software according to predefined guides. - Support engineers during scheduled changes and preventive maintenance. - Participate in ongoing training on tools and solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure, backup, monitoring, and security. Related academic programs Technical or Technologist in Systems, Information Technology, Data Network Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
