As a Contract Specialist, play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and risk mitigation by managing the full contract lifecycle—from initial request through execution—using Coupa's CLM and Salesforce platforms. Ensure all contracts, including Statements of Work and Change Orders, are accurately drafted, compliant with internal policies, and aligned with stakeholder needs. By collaborating cross-functionally with CSPs, the SOW Desk, and other internal teams, and help tailor contract terms to support business goals while safeguarding organizational interests. What You'll Do: Contract Review and Drafting: Statements of Work and Change Orders. Contract Management: Managing the contract lifecycle, from initial request to execution, ensuring all relevant information is captured and tracked within Salesforce and Coupa's contract management system (CLM). Compliance: Ensuring contracts comply with internal policies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with CSP’s, SOW Desk, and other teams to understand customer needs and ensure contract terms meet those needs.
