About the Opportunity: Our client is a hypergrowth SaaS company preparing for IPO and expanding its global engineering footprint. As part of this growth, they are building a brand-new technology team in Medellín, Colombia, and are looking for top-tier Oracle Engineers to join this strategic initiative. What You’ll Do: Design, implement, and support complex Oracle-based systems with a strong emphasis on Oracle Fusion applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability Implement and manage Oracle solutions in alignment with best practices and security standards Support data architecture initiatives and contribute to database automation efforts Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a fast-paced environment The Ideal Professional Will Have: 2+ years of experience as an Oracle Engineer or similar role, with proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Deep knowledge in Oracle databases (11g/12c/19c), PL/SQL, and performance tuning Experience with database architecture, backups, recovery, and replication strategies Familiarity with enterprise integration tools like MuleSoft or Salesforce is a plus Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude toward ownership Must be proficient in both English and Spanish Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Medellín, Colombia On-site availability required: 5 days/week Why Apply?
