Main Responsibilities Perform maintenance, installation and qualification of analytical equipment. Diagnose and resolve technical failures. Document technical activities and generate reports on assigned platforms. Ensure compliance with established protocols and times. Support the sales department in technical aspects related to sales. Propose improvements in technical support processes. Requirements Technologist or professional in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Electronic Engineering or similar fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, maintenance, or similar roles. Training in customer service, equipment maintenance and analytical techniques (elemental analysis and/or chromatography). English level B2 (desirable). Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality and SAMM management (desirable). Key skills Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems. Handling analytical equipment.
