**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE** **LOCATION**: REMOTE **POSITION** **OVERVIEW**: We are looking for a few setters for our software company in the financial industry! We target financial Advisors / Wealth Managers / and fiduciaries who are in growth mode. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods. - Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. - Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role. - Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales. - High english proficiency **WHAT WE OFFER** - Long-term position - Awesome culture and team first environment - Growth opportunities - Agressive and Lucrative commission structure **Experience**: - Cold calling: 1 year (preferred) - Sales: 1 year (required)
