Job Title: Senior Specialist Purpose & Overall Relevance: Execute HR services processes for the country, ensuring the proper administration of employee benefits. Key Responsibilities: - Administrate and ensure the update of HR systems (e.g., SAP) in alignment with regional and local organizations. - Coordinate activities related to benefits, mobility, and compliance. - Manage employee inquiries and administer HR Services and benefits vendors. - Ensure timely payment of invoices and collection of vendor invoices according to contracts. - Prepare reports to government entities, vendors, and internal stakeholders. - Partner with HR teams to manage employee and labor relations activities.
