Logistics Career Opportunities We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. You will be responsible for managing daily shipments from pickup through delivery, tracking and tracing active loads, and communicating with carriers and shippers to ensure timely execution. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily shipments from pickup through delivery - Track and trace active loads and proactively handle issues (delays, breakdowns, etc.) - Communicate with carriers, shippers, and internal teams to ensure visibility and timely execution - Coordinate with dispatchers and account managers to assign and monitor load progress - Update Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ensure real-time data accuracy - Build strong relationships with carrier partners and support long-term collaboration - Assist in scheduling, documentation, and customer service follow-ups Requirements: - 1+ year experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, dispatching, or supply chain operations - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with load boards, TMS platforms, and shipment tracking tools - English fluency (spoken and written) Benefits: - Growth opportunities as we scale our operations - Training and mentorship from experienced logistics professionals Join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in logistics management.
