As a Project Manager, you will be expected to connect with category leaders to consolidate data that today is in silos. Experienced Project Manager with Data capabilities to gather stakeholder information and create comprehensive after-action reviews. This role requires strong project management skills, data analysis expertise, and effective communication abilities. **What you'll do**: - Unlock diverse data sources, including social listening, behavioural economics, consumer research, quantitative consumer segmentation, consumer taste trends, business data, industry trends, etc. - Understand initiatives objectives, scope, and requirements. Define data collection methodologies and metrics. - After-Action Reviews: Generate comprehensive reviews for initiatives. Document outcomes, successes, challenges, and lessons learned. Propose actionable recommendations. - Project Documentation: Create reports and presentations. Ensure adherence to client quality standards. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Provide guidance on data collection and analysis. Foster a collaborative work environment. **Who you are**: - Definition of measurement strategies based on business objectives. - Management of deliveries and decision making with the client. - +3 years of experience. - Define data collection methodologies and metrics. - Project Documentation: Create reports and presentations.
