Key Responsibilities: CRM system responsible, in search of improvements for the commercial organization (sales + marketing) and the business. Ensures local adoption of the CRM and others working on field as necessary and leading change management. Follow up and analysis of commercial KPI’s in cooperation with local team (sales + marketing). Support the budget plan for sales and marketing. Provide performance insights for the sales force aligned with company strategy. Responsible for the Incentives calculations according to policy. Provide data analysis and insights to add value to the commercial decision-making process. Provide first level of support to the commercial organization (sales + marketing) that access CRM. Responsible for data integrity and management in CRM. Create & run reports & dashboards to continue to drive increased adoption of CRM. Monitor & control data quality in CRM. Propose CRM configuration solutions & automation possibilities to resolve business needs. Exercise leadership as focal point for CRM projects. Conducting sales force productivity analyzes and propose action plans. Development of solutions aimed at commercial productivity. Focused on reports and dashboards creation, KPIs definition, and monitoring program for the commercial organization (sales + marketing). Follow up and participates in the Sales Force Incentive design providing data and insights (aligned with Convatec framework), working together on quota distribution strategies and accuracy in data verification. Constant relationship with the sales force providing information quickly, aiming to increase commercial efficiency. Works with the commercial organization and other key areas to understand key business questions, translates them into data problems and builds or recommends data solutions. Key Experiences: Bachelor Degree Required. Advanced English. Previous experience in commercial analysis, with strong business acumen and analytical savviness. Relevant experience in CRM implementation, user support and project experiences. System/Technical Skills CRM/Excel and other. Data management and analysis. Analytical skills Ability to create value added dashboards. Advanced demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both oral and written). Ability to work in a matrix organization.
