You believe in having a diverse and inclusive culture that thinks big, moves fast, and cares about disrupting. **Primary areas of responsibility**: - Point of contact for internal and external teams for digital project launches. - Manage digital marketing projects with the help of Customer Success. - Define and standardize project objectives, project scope, estimate, timeline, risk assessment, and level of effort. - Analyze assets and information to provide insights and make recommendations for website structure (define categorization, organization, and navigational conventions). - Create site maps of the user experience and define the details of the information website architecture. - Communicate effectively, providing clients with progress updates. - Extreme proficiency in managing expectations and overcoming objections, which is critical to timely and successful delivery. - Oversee completion of tasks such as functionality testing and quality assurance checks. - Work with department specialists to define deliverables. - Oversee all meetings and participation of internal teams. - Managing reports and necessary documentation. - Ensure all program components and projects are executed on time and accurately. - Activity and resource planning - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. **What we need from you**: - A proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track projects from beginning to end. - Proven capacity to successfully work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. - Full professional proficiency in communicating and writing in English. - Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. - SCRUM / Agile / PMP certification is a big plus. - +1 year of experience in project management - Experience working at a rapidly growing global tech start-up/ SAAS - Advanced experience working with Jira or similar project management or process automation tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to implement proven project management methodologies - Client-facing digital project management experience, using agile methodologies preferred. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation ability. - Ability to implement proven project management methodologies - Client-facing digital project management experience, using agile methodologies preferred. - A deep understanding of digital marketing project management is a plus. - Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, Advertising or related field or equivalent experience a plus. - Experience managing projects that include discovery, strategy, user experience, creative design, front-end development, website development, QA, deployments, or maintenance a plus. **Next Steps**:**If you've made it this far, we hope you're as excited as we are about finding out if we're a good fit for each other, let's talk.
