Job Description We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services. This role involves delivering new functionalities, adapting existing modules to evolving business needs, and ensuring seamless integrations with other enterprise systems. As a key technical expert, you will also be responsible for maintaining best practices in ServiceNow implementations, guiding development teams, and contributing to technical documentation. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications as needed. - Deliver new functionalities across different ServiceNow modules. - Administer, configure, and customize existing ServiceNow modules to align with business requirements. - Adapt ServiceNow modules and business workflows to meet changing customer needs. - Develop and manage integrations with other enterprise systems. - Write and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, source code comments, and system documentation. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing solutions. - Experience as a Technical Lead, guiding development teams and ensuring best practices in ServiceNow implementations. - Expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation, Customer Service Management (CSM), and integrations. - Strong understanding of relational databases. - Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration, including SOAP/WSDL and REST. - Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS for authentication and access management. - Proficiency in integrating enterprise software systems. - English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
