The Role We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You'll collaborate with one of our product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients. - 4+ years of experience as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer or similar role. - Advanced English skills are required. - A four-year college degree is necessary. - You should have experience developing and optimizing AI/ML models using Python and frameworks like LangChain. - You should have a deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and generative AI trends. - Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation techniques and vector databases is required. - You must be able to integrate and deploy AI/ML solutions into production environments. - You should have solid experience designing and maintaining scalable, reliable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. - You need strong documentation skills for AI/ML workflows, architectural decisions, and best practices. - Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining production-grade AI systems is essential. - You should be able to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. - You should be able to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. - Attention to detail is required. - A positive mindset and can-do attitude are necessary. - Agile / Scrum team experience is beneficial. - Experience working on large, complex systems is valuable. - You should be able to take ownership of your work and consistently meet expectations.
