Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá. This is an Onsite role that requires working Monday to Friday in the office. As a L3 Senior Support Analyst , you will be responsible for solving technology needs of Executive level users, providing both reactive and proactive support. You will work with various channels to assist colleagues and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. We will count on you to: Provide support to all colleagues through a variety of channels (in-person, phone, virtual pop-in Zoom). Assist with building laptops and installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all MMC hardware, software, and mobility technology problems. Respond to and resolve incidents and requests and escalate with the appropriate level of urgency. Proactively communicate and follow up with colleagues on all incidents and requests. Provide proactive support based on data in Nexthink and other performance management systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to proactively remediate devices and systems identified as at risk. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering. 5 years of experience in technical support through various channels, with a focus on problem prevention. Advanced English proficiency and experience with incident management platforms like Service Now and Nexthink. What makes you stand out: Experience leading support teams. Familiarity with technical support tools such as Demaware, Zoom, and office software. Knowledge of operating systems support for Microsoft and Mac.
