Human Resources Business Partner The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned Human Resources professional with a proven track record of success in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. - Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee grievances, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and provide guidance on employee relations best practices. - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, develop hiring strategies, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. - HR Operations & Payroll: Maintain accurate employee records, coordinate payroll data, and oversee benefits and travel processes. - Learning & Development: Identify training needs, develop learning programs, and support performance management initiatives. - HR Reporting: Analyze key HR metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions. - Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive work culture, drive employee engagement, and lead internal HR events and communications. Requirements: - Familiarity with local labor laws in Colombia and/or Peru is required. - 3–5+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a business partner or generalist role. - Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential. - Hands-on experience managing HR processes independently is required. - Working knowledge of cloud-based HR tools is a plus.
