We are committed to making diversity, inclusion, and belonging a foundational part of our hiring practices and who we are as a company.For more information about Anthology and our career opportunities, please visit anthology.Reporting to theDirector of Finance,your primary responsibilities include the successful management and reconciliation of your assigned portfolio of customeraccounts tomaintainor lowerAnthology’s AR balance and increase available cash.In addition to aiding in collection on overdue accounts, you will be tasked with effectively resolving customerissues and working collaboratively with colleagues in otherAnthologydepartments.Primary responsibilities will include: Preparing reports from Microsoft 365 Researching and reconcilingassigned accounts for customerslocatedin the US and/orinternational Following-up with customerstofacilitatepayments per contract terms andconditions Maintaining complete records on all accounts including detailed documentation on collection efforts and issue resolution Properly documenting customeraccount activity tofacilitatethe reserving or write-off process asnecessary Mastering the interplay of various systems to assist with researching and resolving eachaccount The Candidate:Required skills/qualifications: 1-2 years of prior work experience in accounts receivable,collectionsor related field,ORundergraduate degree in a related field Strong customerfocus Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize to accomplish specifictasks Highly motivated, can-do attitude Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively partner with customersand fellowcolleagues Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Microsoft Office Fluency in written and spokenEnglishat CEF B2 level or above Preferred skills/qualifications: Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and techniques and capability to recommend solutions to customersto resolve payment or invoicingissues Prior Microsoft 365 Financials experience This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
