Job Requirements 1. Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university or equivalent (Materials, Chemical, Civil, Aerospace, Computer). 2. At least 3 years of experience in transportation wiring design and release or vehicle electrical system experience. 3. Minimum 5 years of overall engineering experience. 4. Excellent communication skills, including writing, creating, and presenting high-quality management-level reports and materials. 5. Proficient in MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Qualifications 1. Master of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university. 2. Training in DFMEA, DVP&R;, and DFSS development tools and processes. 3. Working knowledge of CAD systems (NX, Catia). 4. Experience in high-volume manufacturing facilities and knowledge of wiring manufacturing processes. 5. Familiarity with wiring harness drawings and specifications for automotive applications. 6. Experience with web publishing and SharePoint data management environments. 7. Ability to work in person in the Toluca area.
