WhatYou'll Do: - Lead and manage multiple software development projectssimultaneously, ensuring effective coordination betweengeographically distributed teams. - Act as the main liaison betweenteams and clients or stakeholders. - Define project scope,objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. -Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocationschedules. - Motivate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuringclear communication, understanding of roles and responsibilities,and alignment on project goals. - Act as the primary point ofcontact for stakeholders, keeping them informed with regularproject updates and resolving any conflicts that may arise. -Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies tomitigate them. - Monitor progress against milestones, ensuring thatprojects stay on schedule and within budget constraints. - Evaluateand refine project management methodologies to improve efficiency. What We're Looking For: - 5+ years of experience managingsoftware development projects across distributed teams. - Strongunderstanding of software development processes, methodologies, andlifecycle (SDLC). - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks,including sprint planning and retrospectives. - Proficiency withproject management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.). - Experiencewith software version control and issue-tracking systems. - Basictechnical knowledge, including familiarity with database concepts(e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and basic troubleshooting skills. - Proficiencyin English (C1). - Scrum Master certification is highly valued. - Adegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or arelated field.
