A suitable co-working style office space will be provided for the role holder. **Job Profile**: The Access Director (AD) will be assigned to work with 2-3 education institutions on a dedicated basis as a recruiter for Grok’s Global Access service line. These institutions may be from the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, or other traditional study abroad destination markets. Primarily a student recruitment role, the AD’s focus will be on building and servicing multiple service channels for clients in identified diversification markets. As Global Access involves working with multiple universities, this individual will need to be able to effectively manage their time and handle multiple ongoing projects. The Access Director will be interacting with various stakeholders, from students, to parents, to agents, to principles, and to high school university guidance counselors. As such excellent communication and organizational skills are required. The Access Director’s primary goals will be to help institutions build presence in identified diversification markets, or in regions where traditional recruitment methods are not feasible. This would include supporting and developing direct applicants, developing the institution’s relationships with agents and international high schools, and identifying unique recruitment opportunities for the institutions we serve. A reasonable amount of domestic travel and international travel in the LATAM region is to be expected. **Detailed Responsibilities**: - Developing deep institutional knowledge and understanding the admission processes of each client institution; developing excellent working relationships with institutional points of contact - Evaluating institutional programs and considering them with regards to the selected target markets - Representing the institutions you work with in a professional and enthusiastic manner - Managing an extensive network of education partners to a very high level of complexity and performance - Nurturing all new student leads and responding to general student inquiries - Assisting (potential) applicants and their families as well as supporting counselors and other educational stakeholders - Assisting with the implementation of conversion strategies using on and offline communications - working to turn applicants into enrolled students - Conducting high school visits and delivering meaningful, engaging content to students - Creating presentations and conducting presentations as necessary about the assigned universities - Provide market feedback and progress reports to help client universities understand regional market trends - Interacting with and supporting faculty and other senior leadership at the client universities **The Most Suitable Backgrounds**: - 7+ years of experience in increasingly responsible roles related to education or international education. - Bachelor’s degree with good to strong academic performance. - Experience representing a known institution is a plus. - Study or experience abroad is strongly preferred. - Strong English fluency.
