Responsibilities - Social Media Creatives: Design and produce visually captivating graphics for our social media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand's voice and aesthetics - GIFs/MP4 Creation: Craft engaging GIFs and MP4s for promotional campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives - Email Designs: Conceptualize and design email campaigns that not only look great but also drive customer engagement and conversions - Website Assets: Create banners, product images, landing pages, and other visual assets to enhance user experience and brand consistency on our website - Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand identity across all platforms - Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends to ensure our brand remains relevant and ahead of the curve - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment in all campaigns and initiatives Requirements - Graphic design experience, preferably for an e-commerce company - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop or Illustrator) and other - relevant design tools - Experience with After Effects, Cinema 4D, Keyshot and Figma are a plus - Portfolio showcasing your best designs, especially in social media ads, GIFs/MP4s, email designs, and website assets - Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table Benefits - Fully Remote Position - Observed Local Holiday's - Bonus Program - Paid Vacation - Health Insurance Plan after 6 month probationary period #J-18808-Ljbffr
