I’m helping AmeriCan Multifamily Alliance Group find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Full-time, Long-term Rockstar Maintenance Coordinator. You’ll optimize maintenance workflows to boost operational efficiency and resident satisfaction. Compensation: USD 1.1K/month. Location: Remote (for Mexico and Colombia residents). Responsibilities and more: We are a mission-driven, vertically integrated real estate company based in Dallas, TX, that self-manages our multifamily workforce housing properties. We're searching for a Remote Maintenance Coordinator who is ready to elevate our maintenance operations to the next level. If you're a systems thinker with a knack for organization, leadership, and continuous improvement—and fluent in English—this is your opportunity to make a real impact. Work Schedule: • Monday–Friday • 7AM–4PM Central Time US • Lunch: 11AM–12PM Central Time US What You’ll Do: Coordinate Daily Workflows: * Prioritize and assign daily work orders for maintenance and make-ready teams. * Lead morning huddles and weekly meetings to drive alignment and accountability. Team Oversight & Scheduling: * Develop and manage rotating calendars for on-call and emergency shifts. * Act as the liaison between the corporate team and maintenance personnel. Vendor & Material Management: * Order tools, materials, and supplies in line with budget and specs. * Vet and schedule outside contractors for large or specialized repairs. Process Improvement & QA: * Create and refine SOPs for maintenance operations and safety. * Monitor work quality using resident satisfaction surveys (work orders & move-ins). * Ensure the right materials and methods are used for all work. Safety, Inventory, and Reporting: * Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure OSHA alignment. * Track inventory of tools, equipment, and materials. * Maintain turn boards and coordinate make-readies after resident move-outs. Operations Excellence: * Continuously identify inefficiencies and optimize field and back-office processes. * Collaborate directly with the corporate team to support strategic growth and systemization. Ideal Background: Education (Preferred Degrees): * Industrial Engineering * Systems Engineering * Operations Engineering These fields offer the ideal mix of analytical thinking, process improvement, and operations strategy that this role requires. What You Bring: • Excellent verbal and written English fluency (you will translate and communicate on behalf of the corporate team). • Proven ability to lead remote teams, delegate work, and follow through with results. • A passion for process improvement, systems thinking, and driving team performance.
