As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What will a typical day be like?** - Preparation of the IT Plan and objectives - Act as a connector between business, technology and platforms, keeping business management in charge of IT solutions based on strong teamwork with business users. - IT architecture planning, extension, upgrade and replacement planning of IT equipment taking into account existing guidelines - Provide continuous IT support to business functions, prepare proposals on how to improve the use of IT in different business areas and support/facilitate the decision-making process. - Owner and responsible for the entire IT infrastructure and its continued operation without performance bottlenecks - Decides for any investment in IT and computing expenses and its consistency with the general guidelines - Supervise the proper functioning of Security Administration, User registration, Backup/Restore Operations on all existing platforms in the company and the operation of an effective Help Desk organization. - Responsibility and control over the IT budget and costs. - Preparation of recommendations for the purchase of IT equipment that are in accordance with current policies and approve purchases / changes in the computer system or equipment. - Coordinate the preparation of training plans to ensure a better use of IT in the company. - Manage the IT department of the partner country, work closely with the global and regional IT organization to synchronize activities, provide a good level of service to end users and proactively identify potential problems or bottlenecks. - Coordinate the country's Aon Access administration, help desk, network support, user registration and ensure its proper functioning **Skills and experience that will lead to success** - Experience: No less than 10 years in the area of technology - Education: Appropriate degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related careers with recognition of previous work experience in Technology.
