Job Title: Cold Caller We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to join our team at Valatam. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and contacting potential clients through various channels with the goal of scheduling discovery calls on behalf of our sales people. Responsibilities: - Prospect and contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule discovery calls. - Add 40 vetted leads to our outreach tool (Apollo.io) daily. - Keep Hubspot CRM updated. - Make 100 phone calls daily. - Engage in high-touch manual outreach and follow-up activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn. - Track activities daily in a scorecard. - Participate in daily huddles and weekly feedback sessions with the rest of the team. - Experiment with Facebook and Twitter outreach. - Build community awareness and respond to Quora, LinkedIn, and blog posts recommending our services. Requirements: - Near-native English writing and speaking skills (C1/C2 level). - Experience with Hubspot, apollo.io, or similar tools. - At least 1 year of BDR and sales cold-calling experience with a proven track record of setting sales appointments. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills. - A quiet home office setup with a desk, chair, and stable internet connection. - A laptop or desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard drive space, a headset, and a smartphone. - Access to a backup place of work and secondary backup internet option in case of power cuts or internet failures.
