WHAT YOU WILL DO - Develop and execute a content strategy focused on lead generation ; - Create high-impact content: blog posts, landing pages, case studies, one-pagers, outreach assets, sales enablement content; - Collaborate closely with our paid media, SEO, outreach, design, and delivery teams to align messaging and distribution; - Research and deeply understand our target audience (CTOs, Heads of Engineering) to create relevant content; - Propose and test new content formats; - Analyze content performance and optimize based on data (conversion rates, engagement, etc.); - Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors’ content efforts. MUST HAVES - 2+ years of experience in B2B content marketing , content strategy, or related roles; - A track record of creating content that contributed to lead generation; - Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to align content with different stages of it; - Experience working in or writing for tech, software development, or AI domains; - Ability to turn complex or technical topics into clear, compelling content tailored to decision-makers; - Comfortable working independently , taking ownership, and suggesting improvements — not just executing instructions; - Excellent written English and solid editing skills; - Experience working with AI tools for content generation (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.); - Analytical mindset and confidence working with performance metrics.
