Join our innovative team and contribute to delivering superior App QoE. Responsibilities Collaborate with Customer Network Operations for deployment, maintenance, and operational tasks. Diagnose equipment failures and recommend configuration changes. Install software updates and perform proactive health monitoring of systems. Analyze and troubleshoot critical application traffic using essential software tools. Lead discussions with other departments to resolve and prevent issues. Manage cases, escalate issues as needed, and ensure resolution. Provide support and mentorship to less experienced team members. Required Qualifications / Knowledge and Skills Strong knowledge of Unix-based OS such as Linux, FreeBSD. Experience with network equipment from Cisco, Juniper, etc. Proven experience with virtualization (VMware, KVM), OpenStack, and automation tools like Ansible. Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Google Cloud), containers, and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker). Understanding of NFV concepts, networking protocols, and end-to-end network call flows. Experience with packet-level debugging tools like Wireshark, tcpdump. Desired Skills Programming/scripting experience (Java, Python, Perl, C/C++). Knowledge of web technologies and application concepts (VoIP, RTSP). Experience with web applications, data modeling, and SQL databases. Work Experience, Education, and Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Work Conditions Occasional extended hours and split shifts. Fast-paced office environment and occasional travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
