We are currently seeking an accomplished Regional Director to spearhead our business development efforts in the LATAM market. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of account managers, driving regional growth, and executing strategic partnerships that align with our global objectives. This senior-level role requires strong leadership skills, regional expertise, and a proven track record of success in fintech, online trading, or financial services. You will act as the primary bridge between our clients and the global executive team, ensuring we deliver exceptional service, localized strategies, and sustainable growth across the region. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of account managers in the LATAM region, driving performance to achieve objectives, KPIs, and SLAs set by the Leadership in accordance with CEO goals. - Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients and partners, acquiring new ones while growing existing relationships. - Act as the primary point of contact between clients and ThinkMarkets' C-Level suite. - Design and execute highly commercial and data-driven regional market growth strategies, competitive analyses, SWOT analysis, and execute plans efficiently to deliver high margin ROI. - Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize lead generation, campaigns, and client retention, ensuring regional campaigns are highly relevant and resonate with target markets. - Participate in industry events and occasionally travel to meet partners in other LATAM countries. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance - Minimum 5 years of sales/account management experience directly from the industry, preferably with experience managing a team - Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory); any other language is an advantage (Portuguese) - Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail - Professional and cooperative attitude, ensuring effective working partnerships with business partners, subject specialists, and staff - Understanding of local rules and regulations covering the business and sector - In-depth understanding of transactional and operational workflow - Experience working with global regulators, banks, and compliance functions across multiple jurisdictions and geographic locations Key Skills: - Fintech, online trading, or financial services expertise - Leadership and team management - Commercial and data-driven strategy execution - Regional market knowledge and analysis - Client relationship management and partnership building - Industry event participation and international collaboration Apply now to take on this exciting opportunity!
