What you’ll do We're seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our vibrant team at Virtue Alliance! If you have a passion for visual storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and the skills to transform ideas into stunning designs, we want to meet you. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity across various platforms. Plus, if you have a basic understanding of UX/UI design, that's a fantastic bonus! Key responsibilities Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns). Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for print materials (brochures, flyers, advertisements). Create compelling visuals that align with Virtue Alliance's brand guidelines and marketing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns. Update and manage brand assets, including logos, fonts, and color schemes. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas. Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
