**Responsibilities** - Regularly meet with users to gather and prioritize requirements for data analytics solutions - Develop solutions based on requirements - PowerBi dashboard deployment and support - Train users in basic functionality for developed solutions - Document and report on the impact on the organization based on developed and adopted solution - Assist with the identification of process and data gaps throughout the enterprise - Develop and support data integrations between vendor solution(s) and/or the data lake/mart/warehouse. **Profile** - 1-3 years experience in Data Analytics using Microsoft Power BI - 1-3 years developing in Python - 6+months developing in any web programming language - Experience gathering requirements and creating solutions focused on data analytics - Ability to prioritize solutions based on requirements and enterprise impact - Experience as an analyst or in a technical role - Proficient with leveraging Power BI, SQL, Python, and other related languages/tools - Training and/or certification in data analytics methodologies and toolsets - Experience with supporting web development **Soft Skills** - Attention to detail - Agile mindset - Analytical attitude - Empathy - Communication skills - verbal and written - Problem analysis and problem-solving - Planning and organizing - Decision-making - Teamwork - Ability to share ideas
