Our Chiswick location has been established since 2001 and is the Honda Flagship dealership in London offering cars, motorcycles, marine and lifestyle products. With comprehensive manufacturer training and a supportive team, this is your chance to be part of a forward-thinking dealership. What you will be doing: - Working closely with our sales team you will manage the movement of vehicles around the site, ensuring all vehicles are displayed according to company standards. - Ensure the movement of all vehicles runs smoothly, reporting any faults to the Sales Manager. - Rotate used car displays ensuring all spaces are filled, vehicles are correctly numbered with headboards and are locked. - Maintain the tidiness, cleanliness, security and display standards of the Sales Department - Check, inspect and test incoming stock and outgoing vehicles and complete appropriate paperwork, by following documented procedures. - Photograph vehicles ensuring the highest possible standards at all times, keeping in line with manufacturer standards - Ensure all vehicle photographs are uploaded via the necessary portals, keeping in line with size specifications and deadlines set. - Be responsible for equipment and turn table - Assist with stock taking - Maintenance of the site and surrounding area’s - Co-ordinate the preparation process for vehicles awaiting delivery to customers with our aftersales department. What we need from you: - Full UK driving licence, is essential - The role will suit someone with a passion for the motor trade and photography, who enjoys working within a team environment. - Computer literate including MS Office packages, knowledge of photoshop would be an advantage - Strong Organiser, who is proactive and able to take initiative - Ability to follow processes and work within company procedures - Previous experience within the role is desired, but not required - High level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail - Flexible team worker - Ability to manage workload effectively and efficiently What we are proud of: Norton Way Group has once again achieved Great Place to Work Certification in 2024.
