Position Title: Virtual Front Office Trainer Reports to: Operations Manager Position Summary: This position requires a great deal of professionalism, presence, finesse, attention to detail, schedule flexibility, perfect attendance, and willingness to grow in a positive, fast-paced environment. Directly train all Virtual front office personnel during their shift and ensure proper completion of all Virtual Front Office knowledge of our Standard Operations Procedures , and the PMS as assigned by the Operations Manager and Hotel General Manager. responsible for the development and creation of Front-Of-House training programs) as well as the infrastructure required (processes, procedures, visual workplace design, assessments, delighters, etc.) .. Must be able to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations, including the ability to handle guest & Team member's objections and disputes to satisfactory results. General Accountabilities ● Flexible and willing to rotate personal schedules as needed ● Adhere to and follow hotel SOPs and daily checklist ● A can-do attitude with a positive approach while responding to challenging issues ● Develop Training Programmes and design comprehensive training modules that address the specific needs ● Conduct Training Sessions adept at conveying information clearly and enthusiastically, utilizing various teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles. ● Evaluate Training Outcomes Implementing mechanisms to measure the participants' knowledge retention ● Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff, focusing on customer service, hospitality best practices, and company policies. ● Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance staff skills and knowledge. ● Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. ● Collaborate with management to identify training needs and create customized. training solutions. ● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training materials and methods. ● Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff to ensure the application of training in daily operations. ● Maintain training records and track employee progress. ● Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization ● Updates group information. maintains, monitors, and prepares group requirements ● Cover a minimum of 6 Virtual front desk shifts per week.
