Project Manager - Real Estate We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Real Estate team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for the project management of critical real estate initiatives. You will partner with other business functions to prioritise, scope, and refine projects to support our global growth. You will take ownership of projects, which may include launching new production plants globally, supporting facilities' expansion in current locations, implementing project management tools, and standardizing processes for our global construction and real estate operations. As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams across several international projects. You will support the planning, scoping, and execution processes for facilities-related projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet schedule, specifications, and budget requirements. You will drive and manage all project requirements, priorities, and deadlines related to new and existing facilities. Your expertise will also be required in areas such as cost estimating, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and architecture. Key responsibilities include designing and leading tendering processes, including contractual frameworks for services and general contractors. You will control project costs and investments, analysing deviations, and proposing corrective actions to maintain quality and adherence to plans. In addition, you will monitor project progress through regular reporting and high-level interactions with decision-makers. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or MSc degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in project or construction management, particularly in large industrial projects. Experience in construction management as either a client or general contractor, with a proven track record in planning, cost control, and delivery is essential. Specializations in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering are preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, full proficiency in English, with additional languages considered an asset. Experience working in fast-paced, international environments, managing projects independently worldwide, with flexibility to travel frequently is also required.
