Job Function: Software & Cloud The role: We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: **Observability and Automation Platforms Administrator** **SoftwareOne** **Scope: Full-time | Office: Colombia | Remote** How a day to day would look like in this role: - ** Observability Platform Administration**: Install, configure, maintain, and update observability platforms. - **Alert Management and Optimization**: Configure effective alert rules aligned with business priorities and adjust thresholds and conditions to reduce false positives and anticipate critical failures. - **Incident Analysis and Diagnosis**: Use logs, metrics, and distributed traceability tools to identify root causes of technical incidents or operational failures, document findings, and recommend preventive actions based on the analysis. - **Technical Documentation**: Maintain up-to-date documentation related to tool configurations, integrations, changes, and operational procedures.
